Brrrrrrrr!

Arlo is one grumpy puppy!!  After waking up to 45 mph winds and negative wind chills, Arlo promptly decided to not go outside this morning to take care of business.  Minnie, who is 3lbs when soaking wet, who hates to wear anything that resembles clothing, put on her coat and went out like a little trooper.  Arlo stood by the door shivering and whining like he was in pain.  We were outside for no longer than 2 minutes tops. Guess winter decided to show up after all, and my little chihuahuas are not happy one bit!
